| Why is it that I do not receive any response from you? I have this ongoing problem of subscription that do not work and have posted here since June, 26, have sent mails and also a PM to Ian Moore and some reminders. I feel just ignored and cannot continue my work. As good as the product is, as poor the support seems to be. |

| Sorry for the delay. The only thing I can guess is that maybe the job is not running at :30 and :00 on the minute exactly. I've modified the subscriptions to compensate for this. Make sure you are up to date in Admin -> Site Settings. Let me know if this doesn't resolve it. |
