Someone PMed me today about an issue that's been lurking in the back of my mind regarding the user interface of the events view.
If you click on 'Events View' from the month or week tab, there are dropdown boxes for calendar and category. The calendar dropdown defaults to the currently-chosen calendar, which gives the user an obvious cue to what calendar they're seeing.
I like that part.
However, if the user selects a particular calendar, (in my case let's say 'Exhibits') clicks over to the Events view, and decides to search for an event, (let's say 'storytime') the search results page isn't as helpful as it could be. In the search results, the user is not told which calendar has been searched, given an option to change calendars, or provided a link to search again on all calendars. This has tripped me up more than once, and I'm adminning this puppy.
Food for thought...
