|

hello,
I had one more time to reinstall the whole system (because I changed of server...)
But I just can't manage to go to the joomla studio : I always get the message "Public Access to Thyme is disabled. In order to use Joomla Studio, you must enable public access in Admin -> Users -> Public Access."
And there is no way to do that
I guess it must be a problem with the admin ID, because the auth module doesn't work either... In fact, when I create a new user account, it is not duplicated in the Thyme user base. threr is only the admin account in this one, and I cant go to the joomla studio with it...
can you help me ?
thanks

Hi,
When you say there is no way to do that, what exactly do you mean? Inside Thyme, in Admin -> Users -> Public Access.
Did you update modules/auth/auth.php to reflect the new path to Joomla? |

well, I mean that the admin pages open, but I cannot open my project under Joomla studio.
I get the message I told you when I click on the Joomla studio icon.
And when I go to Admin -> Users -> Public Access, I can see an account (in French 'compte invité'), but it is scratched (is it the right word ?) and when I click on the button 'activate', nothing happens.

| Please make sure you are up to date in Admin -> Installer -> Updates. Once you do this, the Enable button will work. |

| Would you mind sending me a private message (click on the "PM" icon under this post) containing the URL and admin password to Thyme please? |

hello,
I finally found the solution !!
I spent time on taht, but it is now OK.
As I thought, it was a problem of user in the database : I don't know how, the admin ID changed... It was OK in the thyme_users table, but not in the thyme_calendars table : the owner of the calendar was someone who did'nt exist anymore in the other tables...
Thanks for your help,
