I am going to run a website soon, I am think to intergrade Thyme in the site, but I need to confirm the following before we buy as follow:
1. Can each members update their schedule indepedently?
2. The updated schedule will be reflected in the admin arae?
3. Can admin set Thyme only for private for all members globally?
4. Can my members set their own calendartheir either to be public or private if admin does not set the Thyme as private globally?
5. Can I integrate Thyme in my existing database? If yes, can I use the schedule as one of the serarch criteria?
6. Can I change the Thyme interface to suit my site, beside the header and footer?
7. Do you provide afetr sales service or technical support?
8. Can admin broadcast schedule to members? Does it has an option the broadcast to be sent to selected or all members?
9. If members agree on the schedule, how would Thyme will alert admin about this?
10. Can Thyme link the event list in the calendar to the event details? Details such as who are the member participating in the event and the all details about the event.
Please advice urgently. |

hi admamy,
1. Can each members update their schedule indepedently?
Yes
2. The updated schedule will be reflected in the admin arae?
I'm sorry. I'm not sure what you mean.
3. Can admin set Thyme only for private for all members globally?
I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean disable public access, then yes. You may disable public access to all of thyme.
4. Can my members set their own calendartheir either to be public or private if admin does not set the Thyme as private globally?
If they can admin the calendar then yes. You can set them to an access level of 'Normal' which will allow them to enter events without being able to manipulate the calendar's properties.
5. Can I integrate Thyme in my existing database? If yes, can I use the schedule as one of the serarch criteria?
Integrate users? Search criteria on your site? I'm not sure what you mean.
6. Can I change the Thyme interface to suit my site, beside the header and footer?
You can change the theme.
7. Do you provide afetr sales service or technical support?
Certainly.
8. Can admin broadcast schedule to members? Does it has an option the broadcast to be sent to selected or all members?
If by broadcast you mean e-mail and by schedule you mean event, then yes. You can e-mail an event to people.
9. If members agree on the schedule, how would Thyme will alert admin about this?
I'm not sure what you mean.
10. Can Thyme link the event list in the calendar to the event details? Details such as who are the member participating in the event and the all details about the event.
All the details about an event are in the event. But Thyme does not keep a participant list so that will not be there. |
