Ian,
Some of my calendar owners would like to have multiple sub-calendars.
For example
City Calendar
> Government
> Parks & Rec
> Etc
Is there a way for one calendar owner to have subs?
Thanks for all you help. |

| They could create a view that contains all the calendars they want. Making them "sub-calendars" |

Ian,
Thanks for your help.
In response: so they will be individual calendars that just appear linked because of the view.
Can everyone create views or just the admin?
How would I setup a top level person in the city to have access to all of their calendars. |

Anyone can create a view. Only admins can create a view that is visible by everyone.
1) Create a user
2) On the members tab of any calendar, add that user to the calendar's members list.
For more information, see the documentation on Access Levels, Roles, Groups and Security.
Let me know if you have any questions. |
