| i purchased and dowloaded 1.3 and installed. It appears i dont have a config.php. This is a brand new install.. where can i get it. |

Hi Joe,
It sounds like you downloaded the upgrade version. Please download and upload the trail version. Once installed you may enter your license key to turn it into the full version.
