1.
When an Admin selects update, the reminder sets.
When a member selects update, I get this message:
The event you requested does not exist.
back
I'd like a member to be able to set a reminder for his/herself.
2.
With Admin only able to set reminders for all users, when the super
user selects "Add" I get the search pop-up with a yellow box, stating:
warning Thyme's license has expired. You may purchase Thyme at http://www.extrosoft.com
I have a valid license installed.
The "Add" option isn't available to other users. This is correct for my setup. |

Hi smcmahon,
These sounds like old bugs. Can you please make sure Thyme is up to date in Admin -> Installer -> Updates. |

I had to install 3 updates. Sorry. I thought I was fully updated.
The problem continues though.
In admin, I see the error, but I can do everything I need to, so no big deal.
But I would like to fix the Members Reminders- Update error, if possible.
Thanks again for the excellent support. It is very appreciated. |

Thanks for the updates. Everything is working correctly with Reminders now, both Admin and Normal user.
No one could ask for better service.
Thanks again. |
