I'm not sure if this is the correct area for this, if not, if you could tell me where I should post this I would appreciate it.

I recently downloaded the THYME calendar and I think it's great. I am however having some problems getting the ldap module to function properly. It may be an incorrect setup on my part.

I'm getting the following error when I try to log in:

Warning: ldap_search(): Partial search results returned: Sizelimit exceeded. in /calendar/modules/auth/auth.php on line 233

Any ideas that you might have would be most appreciated.

Hi miggs,

The problem with LDAP is that it is very customizable and so hard to conform to every scenario. We'll get it working though. I don't think it's an incorrect setup on your end. Would you mind private messaging me your e-mail address so that I can send you an ldap auth module with some debugging output? Alternatively you may e-mail me at ian at extro...

Actually .. before you do this can you make sure that $ldap_opts['attribs']['uid'] and $ldap_opts['attribs']['userid'] are correct in the auth module? And that each user in your ldap configuration does in fact have these. The auth module is getting results so it can connect. But when it goes to get user information too many results are returned when it should only be 1 result. The value you set for those 2 items above should be unique for each user in your ldap db.

Thanks
