I have set up Cron to run the jobs.php file, but I am not getting email reminders. email is configured properly, becasue we can email appts, etc.
I have even tried calling the script via URL, but it does not seem to activate. Any suggestions? |

Hi,
When you call the script via the URL it would have to be exactly when the reminder is supposed to be sent. Within the minute at least.
The most common mistake is choosing '5' under minutes rather than 'every 5 minutes.' Can you check that please? If that is not it, please e-mail me a screenshot of your cron configuration (ian@extros..). |
