Ok, I actually use iCal.

I've subscribed to a caledar and it works GREAT!
Do you offer the same functionality for Windows Outlook?

We certainly would, but Outlook does not provide any remote calendar capabilities. I have seen some plugins that can subscribe to iCalendar. Try a google search.

i think outlook 2003 can export as icalendar without external plugins: try from outlook 2003 to open an event, in the "action" section you have an option "forward as iCalendar"

Yep. You can export single events, but a plugin is required to export an entire calendar.
