I cannot determine the differences between the two systems. Are there any specific reasons one would choose one over the other? Are they both full integratable with Thyme?
Also, I already use wowbb forums for one site, and would like to have single login for both it and Thyme. How much work would be involved in doing this?
Thanks for any advice. |

Hi,
As Mambo and Joomla become more incompatible with each other in the future, Thyme will stick with Joomla. Please go with Joomla.
I would have to take a look at wowbb to determine how much work would be involved. I will let you know.
Let me know if you have any more questions. |

wowbb is pretty well documented and their support is great.
What forums does joomla support natively / best? |

| I've only used the phpBB2 bridge for Joomla. http://extensions.joomla.org would have a list. Also the users on the forums at joomla.org would have a better idea of which ones are better. |

In order to learn more about joomla, might I get a book or two from amazon about Mambo (since they are so similar at this time)? Are they similar enough at this time?
I dont see many books about joomla itself. |
