I've configured users with different colors and checked the "Color events by owner" option.

Now I can see events colored by event owner but I have no way to know what user (name) created each event (I don't want to memorize each user's colors). Even if I click on that event i dont see that information.

Is there any way to show a legend to remind what color is each user?.

Is there any way to know what user created an event once I click on that event?.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You can enable the color legend in Admin -> Default Options -> Nav Bar as well as Options -> Nav Bar.

I'm sorry, there is no way to tell which user created an event when viewing it if they change the Name and E-mail address (shown as "Organizer") fields.

I 've done it that way but the nav bar doesn't render properly. Attached link shows the look of the nav bar ("leyenda" in spanish), you can not recognize users by colors.

Hi,

The color leged displays each user's name rather than their user id. The users you had entered did not have a name. I've made each of their names the same as their user id and the legend displays correctly.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for your quick reply. Problem solved. Also when I click now on an event I can even see the author (organizer) of the event. Great. Tomorrow we will buying a web server license.
