Support and Upgrades

Hi Ian,

I've read so many positive reviews of your product and examining the extensive feature list and quik response times on the forum, I have to say I'm completely impressed. I'm giving your product a raving endorsement and recommending it to my client for their project.

One question they will have that I didn't see answered in the General forum, FAQ's or Pre-Sales forum is the question of the cost of support and upgrades. Do you charge extra for support services? Are there extra fees for new versions / upgrades to the script?

I also read that you have a few contacts of folks who do custom programming for features that wouldn't be general enough to be included in the product itself. I'm hoping that, if my client decides to purchase your product, you would reveal those contacts to us?

Support and upgrades up to and including 2.0 are free. I can give you the contact information for a couple of firms that have done custom Thyme implementations. I can not guarantee that they will accept any more work at this time though.
