| Where is the actual data stored and how do I back it up? We used to be hosted with WHP and lost everything and backing up is a MAJOR concern now. |

Hi,
Backing up Thyme's database through phpMyAdmin (or a similar tool) and Thyme's folder on the web host would be just fine. |
