Hi,
Thanks for your prompt reply. Since I have your attention, I have another question.
My biggest problem is adding events to calendars. I am using about 50 calendars for our company. Some of the offices have same events.
I have to manually go and add those events to each and every calendar and it is getting to be quite frustrating.
Is there a way/hack to add an event across multiple calendars? It will be wonderful module/enhancement if there is a list available that allows user to add events across multiple calendars.
Please help.
Thanks |

Hi,
Sorry, there is no way to add events to multiple calendars at once. I would say the best way to accomplish this is to use views, but I'm not sure if that would work in your situation. I'll work on putting something together. |

| I'm afraid It's not that simple. A module can not manipulate events at the time they are added. |

I'll second a vote for a multiple-calendar entry of an event. Good God, that'd make life easier! We use Thyme, after MUCH evaluation, as a point-of-contact dispatch system for my 60 technicians who are on the road much of the time. Being able to enter service calls for onsite jobs that require multiple engineers, PMs, and technicians would be phenomenal.

Hi,
I'm sorry, after looking in to possible solutions, the only one that presented itself would require a rewrite of a lot of code. This is not a request that can be fulfilled at this time. Could you create a calendar called 'All office events?' |

Umm, that really sounds disappointing. I have similar requirement, as I need to have the same event occuring in multiple calendars.
I would settle for a function that would allow me to copy the event into another calendar as a button on the adit page. |
