What is the easiest way to modify the title on web pages that contain event information. I.e. when I click on an event on my calendar a new window opens and "Thyme" is part of the title. This has confused a few of our visitors.
Thanks

Alex

Alex,

You can add the custom setting PREPEND_TITLE. This is described here:

http://www.extrosoft.com/Documentation/Administration/Custom_Settings_%10_Tweeks/

It changes all the HTML titles of every page to wha tever you want. Let me know if you have any trouble.

hi ian

i just tried the above, by inserting it as an entry in the custom fields in admin

i get

Site Settings

Error!: class.mysql.php :: query() :: Duplicate entry '_CAL_PREPEND_TITLE_' for key 1

insert into thyme_GlobalSettings (variable, setting) values('_CAL_PREPEND_TITLE_', 'Calendar System')

You hit refresh on the page. Do not do that Smile

Once you've added the setting, just navigate where ever you want to go. Refreshing doesn't break anything, it just gives you that SQL error.
