New Component Wizard - "Event Form" not working

Installed the latest version of Joomla Studio, and I am not able to create a "Event Form". After created the component, I am able to preview the form.

When I go "Project" and "Manager" in Joomla studio, and click on "View" for the component, it only gives me

Access Denied
You do not have access to perform the requested action.

The other components works fine, but not this one. Is it a bug, or?

Hi Magenta,

Depending on your project settings, this is normal. When viewed from within Joomla, the message should not appear. Unless of course, you do not have permission to add an event to that calendar.

Hi,

I am also having troubles with the new event form. I am using 12 calendars which I am setting within the page according to the Joomla menu Itemid. When I click my link the calendar is set correctly on the page I arrive at, but when I click the Next button to arrive at the tabbed page the calendar has reverted to Art (the first in the list alphabetically).

Also, within this tabbed page I have no tab appearing for attachments although it appears in the preview within Joomla Studio.

Any ideas as to where I might be going wrong here?

Hi Steve,

I will take a look at the event form. The attachments tab is not appearing in Joomla because it sounds like when you add an event in Joomla it is coming up as an event request which does not support attachments.
