Slightly different at first, but you'll see how this is related...
Regardless of a Joomla user being logged into the front end or not, the JavaScript event list created with the "JavaScript Event List" module asks the user to for another username and password. I believe this is from creating a calendar viewable by the public, generating the JavaScript for it and using that code in the Joomla wrapper module, then changing the permissions on that calendar.
What I would like to do is use the view I created that combines my public calendar and my registered users calendar in the event list but the "JavaScript Event List" only allows public calendars for this, and doesn't even allow choosing a view.
Now in trying to accomplish this, I noticed something when I changed the strict_logout setting to 1: When set to 1 (true) I can log into the Thyme admin section, but as soon as I click ANY link, I'm logged out. This happens regardless of if I'm logged into the Joomla back- or front-end.
Thanks,
Steve
