| I've searched the forums but didn't find a posting on changing Notes in the form field and listing to Description. Not sure where to start. |

Hi,
You may edit include/languages/en_US.php (assuming you are using the US/English language) and change this line:
define("_NOTES_","Notes");
to this ..
define("_NOTES_","Description");
