|
|
Modifying the default theme.
The main (body) background appears to be a gray(ish) checkerboard design. I will assume this is an image.
My desire is to change the entire page background color on all pages to Teal (008080).
I went to the style.css file and *thought* I had found the appropriate section to do this. Obviously I was mistaken as:
A) No image is called for this purpose in that file.
B) When I modified the default value (fff) to 008080 it made no change to any page or component I can see anywhere anyhow.
Yes, I did save the file and replace the existing style.css file in the default theme folder after renaming the original to oldstyle.css
Here is what I changed:
| Code: |
#cal table, #cal .body, body.cal, div#cal
{
font-family: tahoma, verdana, arial, 'sans serif';
font-size: 12px;
background: #008080;
color: #000;
} |
Would someone pretty please tell me what the heck I am doing wrong?
I want ~all~ the page backgrounds (not table backgrounds) to be Teal (008080). |

Hi Ian.
I will have to PM it to you as it is currently password protected.
. . In all fairness I should point out that I resolved the issue just a few minutes ago. The problem was the lose nut 'behind the wheel'. ME. |
