questions regarding repeat events

Hi, I'm considering using Thyme but would like to ask a few questions first.

1. Regarding repeat events and searching. I understand that when searching, only the initial event is listed. Would it be possible to modify the search to include repeat instances of an event, as hinted at in the links below.
For example: Event A repeats every Sunday. As I understand it, normally a search for "Event A" would show only the first instance of this repeating event. However, what I need is for the search to show all future instances of Event A as from today's date. I.e. the next instance of Event A, plus (for example) the dates of five more instances in the next five weeks. Is this possible? Do you offer any form of custom development if this is what it would take?

2. Is there a search mambot/plugin for Joomla to enable integration with the built-in Joomla search function? Is this possible with Joomla Studio?

3. Can users edit their own events? Can an event, once set up by the admin, be assigned to another user?
