|
|
I am an exiisting user that has installed a trial version on another site for a non-proift group I belong to. In my licensed version I can export records - either entirely or by event without a problem. In the demo version I only get a blank page when I try to export. No actual file is forthcoming.
Is this a restriction of the trial version that will stop once licensed, or do I have a bigger issue here? |

Hi,
This is not a restriction of the trial. Can you please change the permissions on the file modules/sync/export.php in Thyme's folder to 755 using an FTP program or similar tool?
Let me know if you have any questions or if this doesn't resolve it. |

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately changing modules/sync/export.php's permissions to 755 did not fix it. I simply get a blank page that reads done in the lower taskbar. No file is generated for download. The source code reveals nothing really:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"></HEAD>
<BODY></BODY></HTML>
Now, for this configuration, I am drawing the data from a remote server. It was properly configured and appears to have had no impact on any other function. I only mention that because it is an "outside the box" configuration, not the normal "localhost". I don't think that should have any effect, since the calendar is drawing in the data without issue. |

| Just a quick follow up - anyone have any thoughts? The reason I want to upgrade to this calendar is the membership is the requesting the ability to download to Outlook. This is the one critical feature, and I can't buy it until I know we can fix it. |
