hello,
I have a problem...
I tried to reinstall the whole syqtem, and it doen't work at all : the ioncube loader is installed correctly, but I always have the message :
Site error: the file /home.10.13/anthiasc/test/thyme/install.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

what's wrong ?

Either the ioncube loader is not installed or is not the correct version. Could you send me a private message containing the URL to Thyme please? Click on the "PM" icon under this post.

same problem for me:

I've been trying to get to the site that you sent me, but I keep getting:

"The connection has timed out
The server at XXXXXX is taking too long to respond."

Is the site up? Is it only accessible from within your network?

Did ioncube work and then stop working?

it's an INTRAnet, site is up

thyme wasn't / isn't able to install:

Site error: the file /.../jung/thyme-1.3-ioncube/install.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

file-structure:
...
.../jung/ioncube
/thyme-1.3-ioncube
(I also tried to cp all ioncube-files inside the thyme-folder -- no success)

www..../jung/test_enc.php shows:
...
Passed
Found Loader: /usr/lib/php5/extensions/../../../../............/jung/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so (which is correct)
Trying to install Loader - this may produce an error... (may ... or not ??)

your install.php shows:
...
if(!extension_loaded('ionCube Loader')){$__oc=strtolower(substr(php_uname(),0,3));$__ln='/ioncube/ioncube_loader_'.$__oc.' ...
...
Please let me know the correct $__ln parameter in relation to my file-structure.

Hi Ben,

Ahh.. you didn't mention the intra part before. You are using PHP 5.2, so you will have to install this in php.ini. Navigate to www..../jung/ioncube/ioncube-loader-helper.php in your web browser and it should give you specific instructions.
