I want to summarize a set of calendars in a view so all events can be viewed in one calendar. Each calendar has events that have their own color assigned within that calendar.
In the All Calendars View you can set colors to specific calendars resulting in the coloring of all events of that specific calendar in the same color.
You don't have that option when you manually create a view.
My manually created view has to keep the event-coloring of the events parent calendar. Can this be done? |

Hi,
I'm sorry - do you mean in a view you would like to color events by category rather than calendar? If you want to color a view by calendar, you can change the option on the general tab of the view to Color by Calendar. Then click Save. When you edit the View again, you should see a Colors tab that will allow you to enter colors for each calendar. |

Hi,
I'm sorry, but events in a view can only be colored by calendar or event owner. |
