Hi,

I've got Thyme installed on my Joomla 1.5 site and I've decided to go the Joomla Studio route (v1.5). I've created a mini calendar Joomla Studio page containing a published JS mini month component. I've published the page and then created and downloaded the 'Mambo / Joomla Module'.

Then when I've gone to install it, it complains that I have to enable Legacy mode.

Is there any way I can create and use Joomla modules in Joomla 1.5 without having to enable Legacy mode? If so can you provide some pointers on how this can be done. I've searched through the forums and found a couple of others asking the same question but I've not found an answer.

Many thanks,
Andy

Hi Andy,

This should not require legacy mode. In Joomla's administration section under Help -> System Info, can you tell me what it says next to Joomla! Version: please?

I too am getting the same message. I went ahead and uploaded it in Legacy mode, but the module does not show up on the page. The files are there in the Joomla installation folder, but nothing loading on the page.

This should now be resolved. Please make sure you are up to date in Admin -> Installer -> Updates inside of Thyme.

Ian,

Apologies for the delay in response - broke my hand but it's healing well!

Fix works a treat. I was so pleased that I went straight off and bought a licence! Very pleased with how well it works and integrates with Joomla!

Regards,
Andy
