|
|
hi
I moved to a new web host who is running php4 and mysql 4 (I was in php5 and mysql 5 b4) and am now getting the following error using the joomla search as well as trying to get into thyme from the joomla administrator/component area.
| Quote: |
| Search Keyword thyme Site error: the file /home/ziueon/public_html/calendar/include/classes/class.sql.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator. |
ioncube is installed and working on the server. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled both the mambot and the component to no avail.
Can anyone help? |

Hi,
Could you send me a private message containing the URL to Thyme please? |

| I discovered when I changed hosting they had put me on a server with php 4 and mysql 4 - I got them to move me to a server with php5 and the latest mysql and the problem is fixed. |

Ian-
I am still getting the ioncube error for the class.sql.php fille. I have reinstalled all the ioncube loaders to make sure they were okay. I have double checked the php.ini file, and everything is set as it is supposed to be. I have sent you numerous private messages to try to resolve this.
If you cannot help me fix this in the next couple of days I will have to switch to a different calendar.
I'm surprised not to have heard from you. In the past your support has been prompt and thorough. |

Hi,
I had looked at the site before and it comes up without any errors. I'm sorry. I thought you had resolved this. If I'm looking in the wrong place, let me know. |

| The calender functions as far as being able to add events and such, but the notifications are not working. I get the ioncube error every time. |

Ah, notifications. Please copy the php.ini in Thyme's folder to the following sub-folders:
jobs/
modules/common_files/
modules/sync/
Let me know if this doesn't resolve it. |

| When you speak of notifications, can you tell me exactly what you are clicking on please? I think we may be talking about 2 different things. As a guess, also copy that file to modules/options/ and let me know if that fixes it please. |

I'm not getting the same error message when I go to "Notifications" and add or edit, but the notification of a new item posted hasn't gone out yet.
Any suggestions on what to do next? |

Any further help here? I really do need the notifications feature to work. It was why I purchased this software to begin with! |

Hi,
Did you set up the scheduled task when Thyme was installed? Do reminders and subscriptions work? |

| yes, everything was set up and working properly initially. My host did an upgrade and then the subscriptions and notifications stopped working (I've never used the reminders, so I cant tell you that one way or the other) |
