E-mail Setup Print
E-mail options in Thyme are set in the Global Configuration section under admin (located at Thyme's footer). Mail settings located here are self-explanatory and site specific. Enabling e-mail features in Thyme involves entering an e-mail address in the E-mail Address field. Likewise, if no e-mail address is entered here, e-mail will be globally disabled throughout Thyme. It is recommended that you use the format: Name < This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it >. E.g.:

Jamestown College Calendar < This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it >

This is the address e-mail will come from when sent from notifications, subscriptions, reminders, and event requests. If a user explicitly sends an event to someone, it will come from that user's primary e-mail address as configured in their options.
