Some of Thyme's PHP source files are encoded. This is to protect intellectual property and not to prohibit you from customizing Thyme. Most of Thyme's files are not encoded and allow for full customization. This is very common for commercial PHP software.
The same files that are encoded in the trial version, are encoded in the full version.
